Amanda Boudreault​ appointed Deputy CEO of Markaaz & CEO of Markaaz Foundation

We are pleased to announce that Amanda Boudreault has been appointed Deputy CEO of Markaaz & CEO of the Markaaz Foundation.

With over two decades of fintech and scale-up experience, Amanda has been a driving force at Markaaz since 2023, leading strategic planning, execution, and operations at the highest level. As a board member since 2024, she has played a key role in advancing our mission to empower small business owners through data-driven insights.

Now, as CEO of the Markaaz Foundation, Amanda will further this mission—championing small business success by providing the resources, tools, and support they need to thrive. Her expertise in scaling organizations and building high-performing teams makes her the ideal leader to drive the Markaaz Foundation into its next chapter.

About Amanda Boudreault​:

Amanda Boudreault has more than two decades of fintech and scale-up experience. She has led Operations at Markaaz since 2023, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer. Her primary responsibilities include implementing organization-level strategic planning and execution, IPO readiness, and overseeing P&L activities. She has served as a member of the Board since 2024. That same year, she stepped up to lead the Markaaz Foundation, a global non-profit that empowers small businesses owners to understand and leverage their company’s data.

Amanda has been responsible for leading globally distributed teams through all stages of start-up / scale-up and large enterprise businesses. She has played a central role in multiple acquisitions and integrations. As a specialist in organizational design and delivery, Amanda’s hands-on experience includes process implementation, strategic planning, and change management. During her tenure at Mastercard, Amanda drove platform-wide adoption of strategic planning and demand management processes, demonstrating her expertise in operational efficiency and strategic implementation.

Amanda holds an MBA from Bayes Business School in London, with a focus on Digital Business.
