Trevor brings over two decades of expertise in managing enterprise-level risk, with a distinguished career spanning corporate governance, compliance, and ethics. As a trusted independent consultant and Senior Advisor to the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Trevor has guided boards in addressing franchise-critical challenges with precision and foresight.

Before transitioning to consultancy, Trevor held several international leadership roles in group-level legal, compliance, and governance functions at a global systemically important bank (G-SIB). His notable accomplishments include managing a complex, multi-year U.S. regulatory monitorship from start to finish, demonstrating his skill in navigating high-stakes regulatory environments. Trevor began his career as an attorney in the Financial Institutions Group of Sullivan & Cromwell LLP (New York & Tokyo) and with a two-year federal clerkship.
